We provide commercial buy-to-let mortgages for the purchase or refinance of properties in England.

Loan features

  • Maximum loan amounts up to £5,000,000.00
  • Max. up to 75% Lending ratio
  • Loan tenor up to 5 years with interest only, principal repayment option available

Property criteria

  • Commercial Shop or office with tenants
  • Semi-commercial property (mixed use of business) with tenants
  • House in multiple occupation (“HMO”) with tenants

Eligibility criteria

  • Individual borrower or Corporate borrower are welcome
  • A FidBank UK (“FBUK”) current account is required to open
  • Property must be located in England
  • FBUK will require the first legal charge over the property and Deed of assignment of rental proceeds
  • A Standard Valuation Report using an approved valuer is required for all applications
  • Your equity contribution at least 25% of the property value
  • Minimum loan amount of £100,000.00
  • Subject to underwriting and internal approval
