Loan features
- Maximum loan amounts up to £5,000,000.00
- Max. up to 75% Lending ratio
- Loan tenor up to 5 years with interest only, principal repayment option available
Property criteria
- Commercial Shop or office with tenants
- Semi-commercial property (mixed use of business) with tenants
- House in multiple occupation (“HMO”) with tenants
Eligibility criteria
- Individual borrower or Corporate borrower are welcome
- A FidBank UK (“FBUK”) current account is required to open
- Property must be located in England
- FBUK will require the first legal charge over the property and Deed of assignment of rental proceeds
- A Standard Valuation Report using an approved valuer is required for all applications
- Your equity contribution at least 25% of the property value
- Minimum loan amount of £100,000.00
- Subject to underwriting and internal approval
